All volunteers will receive a complimentary 1 day event ticket and a free Resorts in Bloom T-Shirt to wear during the event.

Volunteer trainings will take place the week before the event.

Volunteer tasks are primarily to greet ticket holders with a smile, give them a warm welcome to the resort property gardens, and thank them for supporting West County Health Centers.

Volunteers will take tickets and give attendees wristbands upon check-in and distribute the event programs.

Volunteers will transact some day of event ticket sales.

Volunteers will direct guests where to park, what to see, where bathrooms are, and gently remind attendees to respect the individual resort property rules.

Volunteers work with Innkeepers and property staff to make sure everyone is happy and guests are respected.

Our goal is to have everyone enjoy themselves while supporting our organizations. This should be a nice leisurely, relaxing, and peaceful way to spend a day.
